1. How to Select the Perfect Colored Contacts
Start with the amount of change you want: a result close to your original iris, a warmer or cooler shift, or a more noticeable change. Skin tone and hair color can inform your styling preference, but they do not determine which lens will look natural on your eyes.
Shortlist two exact designs. Compare photos on a similar starting eye color, inspect the pupil-area transition and outer ring, then compare full-face indoor and daylight views where available. Lighting, makeup and editing can affect the photographed result. A color name alone does not predict the effect, comfort or fit.

3. What are the base curve and diameter of your contact lenses?
Base curve (BC) describes a lens curvature specification. Overall diameter (DIA) is the full lens width; graphic diameter describes the printed design area. These are different details, and no single number establishes fit or a natural-looking result.
Check the current specifications for the exact product fitted by your eye care professional. Do not choose or change BC, DIA or lens brand from a general range or an enlargement goal. 4. Are your lenses available with a prescription?
Check the current product page for available Power options, and confirm the exact fitted lens with your eye care professional before ordering. Use a current contact-lens prescription, not an eyeglass prescription.
0.00/Plano means no corrective power. In the United States, cosmetic lenses still require a valid contact-lens prescription and professional fitting. Select 0.00 only when appropriate for your prescribed lens; it is not a way to bypass prescription requirements. Review prescription verification.
5. How to order if the diopter for each eye is different?
Check your prescribed Power for each eye and how the exact product is packaged. If a two-lens pack contains one Power, you may need a pack in each required Power. Two lenses means two individual lenses, not two pairs; confirm pack contents before choosing quantities.
You do not need to assume that different eye Powers require separate checkout orders. Where the product options allow, select the same fitted design in each required Power and include the appropriate quantities in one order. If the configuration is unclear, ask clientservice@gleglow.com before buying. Do not substitute another Power or lens brand because an option is unavailable.

No, wearing contacts during sleep is not advised. Doing so can restrict oxygen and moisture flow to your eyes, increasing the risk of bacterial or microbial infections.
