3. Hold Eyelids Open

Use both hands to gently hold your upper and lower eyelids open.

4. Place the Lens

Lift your eyelids and slide the lens toward your eye carefully.

5. Settle the Lens

Gently rotate your eyeball to help the lens fit snugly and comfortably.

6. Adjust on the Eye

Use your fingers to slide the lens into the correct position on the white of your eye if needed.

7. Remove with Care

When removing, use the pads of your thumb and index finger to gently pinch and lift the lens off your eye.
