What Information Should Your Prescription Include?

To avoid delays, please ensure your prescription includes:

Prescription date (must be valid and not expired)

Right & Left Eye power (OD & OS)

Base Curve (BC)

Diameter (DIA)

Contact lens type (e.g. soft lenses)

If you are unsure whether your prescription details are correct, we recommend consulting your eye care professional before placing an order.

What If There’s an Issue?

If required prescription information is missing or unclear, we may contact you to request clarification or updated details.
If we’re unable to process your order due to incomplete information, you will be offered the option to update your order or receive a refund.

For your safety, Gleglow only fulfills orders with valid contact lens prescriptions.
