Prescription Verification
At GLEGLOW, eye health and order accuracy matter. All contact lens orders, including 0.00/Plano decorative lenses, require a valid contact lens prescription and are reviewed before fulfillment.
How Prescription Verification Works
- Submit your prescription information. Select or enter details that match your current, valid contact lens prescription.
- We review the information provided. We check that the prescription is complete, readable, current, and suitable for accurate order processing.
- We request clarification when needed. If information is missing, unclear, inconsistent, or requires additional verification, we may contact you and/or your eye care provider before shipment.
- Your order enters processing. Orders with complete information generally enter processing within 24 business hours. Additional verification may extend processing time; we will email you if action is required.
What to Provide
To avoid delays, please provide the prescription copy or information requested during checkout, including:
- Patient name
- Prescription issue and expiration dates
- Right and left eye power (OD and OS)
- Base Curve (BC) and Diameter (DIA)
- Lens brand or type, if listed
- Eye care provider name and contact information, when requested
Please double-check that the information entered matches your valid contact lens prescription.
Important to Know
Prescription verification supports accurate order fulfillment, but it does not replace a professional eye exam or determine whether a lens is medically suitable for your eyes. If you do not have a current contact lens prescription, please schedule an eye exam with a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist before purchasing.
If we cannot complete verification with the information provided, we will contact you with the next steps before fulfillment.
